Meet The Experts Event

Last night I was privileged enough to be invited along to ONE AESTHETIC STUDIO in Alderley Edge to the Meet The Experts event. It was hosted by a globally renowned aesthetic doctor, Dr Jønquille Chantrey.

The event was attended by actresses Cath Tyldesley, Natalie Anderson, Sophie Austin, Nicole Barber Lane, and Sarah Jayne Dunn (Hollyoaks/Coronation Street).

It was an informative discussion called Meet The Experts and the panel was made up of Calum Tierney, Director of Terence Paul Salons Group and UK Ambassador for Rapture Hair Extensions; Ashleigh Guthrie, Sound Healer and Meditation Teacher; Mark Bohannon, Commercial Director of Ultimate Performance Gyms; Lorraine McCulloch, celebrity fashion stylist; and Penny Silver, Reiki Master and EFT Practitioner.

They debated various topics with Dr Jønquille such as body image, mental health, awareness, nutrition, wellbeing, meditation, inner and outer beauty, as well as self-improvement and self-love.

Being a part of the beauty industry and specialising in cosmetic laser treatments, reinforced just how fragile we all are about our inner and outer selves as well as our image. It further reinforced how important it is to talk, reach out, and explore ourselves. And, most importantly, to love what we are and who we are.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than improving a clients confidence and this comes not just from treatments but from talking about how we feel, positive affirmations, and realistic advice.
