Hello my NU-U lovelies.

It's been a while since I put finger to keyboard.. the truth is I have been a little lost of late with one thing and another.... and navigating peri-menopause has been fun :-/

On my own journey of self discovery, turning 44 last week, It got me to thinking about the blogs I have written over the past 2 years, with help and advice for the menopausal woman. I spent countless hours researching each and every blog... some of them were simply written from the heart. I felt I needed to reflect not just on my journey, but the journey of the clinic too.
