What's In Store For 2024
Wooooo... we. made it. We all survived another year! (Survival being my definitive word of choice to describe the journey)
So with a new year ahead, ready to unfold, what on earth are our intentions? How will we write this chapter? How will we deal with the curveballs? Are we even ready for 2024 and all that is destined for us?
2024 is definitely set to be a year of great growth for a lot of people. I have discussed this at length with my lovely clients, as 2023 was pretty brutal for a lot of us. We had to dig deep and work really hard to keep going come rain or shine. But we did it... we made it, and I personally feel so much stronger, focused and more confident about my plans for this year.
Setting intentions for me used to feel risky. What if I failed. What if I fall flat on my face again? I have done a lot of soul searching regarding my intentions and ultimately decided to use the lessons of the previous year to guide me with what I have planned for myself both personally and professionally. Knowing what works for me, how I best operate and being TRUE TO MYSELF, MY FEELINGS AND MY JOURNEY has given light to the intention of this year... always continuing to be being REAL. Unapologetically
If you have ever been a client of the clinic you will know that the journey is always real. As are the conversations, the service, the support for clients who need it and of course the results. What I offer at the clinic are REAL TREATMENTS / PRODUCTS AND EXCLUSIVE SERVICES for those who need it the most.
We are all complex by nature. All so alike but all so very different....and embracing each client as an individual is at the heart of everything I do. I love it. I eat, sleep breathe my work and rarely do I take time out from this. (a passion is a passion) If I am not working I am studying and progressing what I offer in every way I can. Learning to give myself space is definitely on this years list of intentions!
Bringing the very best treatments to all my lovely clients is so so important. Sifting out the fads and honing in on products and lasers that will ultimately offer the best results at the very best price is ongoing work.
There are many buzzwords for aesthetics this year, some I think will be key, some I think are just more rebranding of existing laser treatments and aesthetics treatments.
Here are MY predictions for 2024:
Polynucleotides - launched in 2023, anti-ageing treatments, polynucleotides are used for their ability to stimulate production of collagen and elastin, two proteins that are essential for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness.
Skin health - at the forefront of the trends, skin health is going to be big this year. Particularly antioxidants and combatting oxidative cell stress.
IPL - the best and least invasive way of tackling multiple skin issues from pigmentation, vascular issues, acne and collagen production. IPL photo facial therapy became available at NU-U in early 2023 and is definitely setting the trend for 2024 for clinics serious about laser and skin.
Microtoxin - Microtoxin can be used to reduce pore size, sebum production, rosacea, acne, and fine lines, and to improve jawline and neck definition. Intradermal injection can also be employed for the improvement of transverse neck lines as well as for the safe prevention and management of scars and keloids.
Holistic approach to ageing - Menopause wellness, hormone health and TWEAKMENT packages - BANG ON TREND FOR 24 LADIES
Hair rejuvenation - FOR MEN AND WOMEN. Nucleofill hair is set to sky rocket. Aiding in their stimulation and regrowth of hair caused by alopecia, stress, ageing.
I have so much in store for all you lovely clients. (not just my predictions) This year is a BIG YEAR FOR NU-U. EEEEK - I am just dying to let the cat out of the bag but you will have to stay tuned and keep your likes and following up. Honestly, you don't want to miss a thing!
