Cancellation Policy

I look forward to seeing you at your appointment. Please remember, all appointment requests and further contact should be done via email now. To change an appointment I require 48 hours notice. Within this time frame there is not very little time to advertise an empty space, and as such the 50% of the cost of the treatment will still apply. If you cancel / reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment the full cost of the treatment is applied. This measure is to protect my small business from unnecessary losses.
