  • Here at the LAB we are super hot on all things menopause. Having studied for our advanced menopause practice courses, (Emma’s course was in conjunction with Harvard Medical), we are thrilled to be able to offer one to one menopause coaching.

     

    What to expect in your coaching session:

    • Overview of your medical history

    • HRT review

    • Diet plan

    • Exercise overhaul

    • Medical weight loss program if appropriate.

  • This is a medic backed, prescription only clinic for clients struggling with menopausal weight gain. If you are struggling to get your BMI (Body Mass Index) from overweight or obese within a healthy range then this treatment is 100% effective in weight reduction management.

    • Weekly prescription injections

    • Overview of your medical history

    • HRT review

    • Diet plan

    • Exercise overhaul

    • Monthly check in

  • Hair loss and thinning hair is a very common side effect due to menopause. As the oestrogen declines in our bodies, hair production becomes less efficient as the oestrogen is distributed to help vital functions. Using a combination of prescription hair care and microneedling of products into the scalp, we can transform even the thinnest of hair into luscious locks.

     

    What is included:

    • 3 months Prescription hair care

    • 4 sessions of microneedling - revitalise hair 

    • Biotin Injection 

  • As we get older our skin starts to show the tell tale signs of age and menopause. It can manifest as wrinkles, dehydrated and crepe skin right through to sun damage and age spots.
