Our cancellation policy has been designed to protect both the client and the clinic.

 

When we make your booking the time is set aside especially for you. Last-minute cancellations and late arrivals greatly impact small businesses.

 

As the clinic is located in the popular town of Hebden Bridge adequate time should be allocated for parking.

 

For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, the full price of the treatment will have to be paid if we cannot fill the space at such short notice. The payment will be required before we can book you back in.

 

Missed appointments are also charged at full price.

 

High cost treatments will require a non refundable deposit of 50% to secure the booking, which will be taken off the cost of your final treatment payment or on the day of your treatment.

 

To ensure fairness at all times, the above will have to be implemented except in extreme or extenuating circumstances and this will be decided by the clinic.
