NU-U's Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy has been designed to protect both the client and the clinic. When we make your booking, the time is set aside especially for you. Last-minute cancellations and late arrivals greatly impact small businesses, and it is important to respect the time allocated for your appointment.

As the clinic is located in the popular town of Todmorden Bridge, we advise all clients to allow sufficient time for parking and travel to avoid delays.

48 hours notice to cancel / swap / amend a booking - Under no circumstances will bookings be refunded within this time period.

A deposit is required to secure all new bookings - needs to read As we are such a busy clinic, all bookings are now made online, unless pre booked in the clinic at the time of your appointment. Payment for your appointment will be taken in full on the bookings page. Payment plans for high cost treatments can be agreed at your consultation. Again the consultation needs to be booked via the bookings page. When booking any laser and aesthetics treatment for the first time, please remember to book your face to face  consultation as this is required prior to commencing any treatment.

This payment must be made in full before you can rebook another appointment.

Missed or rescheduled consultations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of £50. This charge helps cover the time lost due to late changes and ensures the sustainability of our clinic operations.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings made in person in the clinic.  This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the appointment. On the day of treatment, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost.

To ensure fairness and consistency, this policy will be applied in all cases, except in extreme or extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated solely at the discretion of the clinic.

NU-U's Refund Policy

Our refund policy has been designed to protect both the client and the clinic.

 

When booking your treatment, every care is taken to ensure you receive the correct treatment, advice and the very best results. With over 9 years experience in laser, aesthetics and skin treatments our expertise is highly sought after. As such, should you be dissatisfied with the results, your concerns will be considered and discussed with you face to face, but REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN. 

If consultations or treatments are paid for in advance, the cancellations policy above is still effective. 

Please note that REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN should you fall ill or are unable to attend the appointment without giving the minimum mandatory 24 hours notice period as stated above. If an alternative appointment can be offered without costing the clinic a missed appointment, it will of course be offered to you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Form

Note: Client's must be able to reschedule their own appointments. There must be a 24 hour window. Within 24 hours they should not be able to move the appointment, and will have to contact the clinic to discuss.
