Ageing with Intention - Celebrating 10 years in business!

I honestly can't believe it.... I feel super emotional writing this blog.

From very humble beginnings in a tiny room (almost a cupboard) under the stairs at Black Stone Tattoo, removing tattoos, to ten years later ......and a wonderfully successful, cosmetic laser and aesthetics clinic.

It almost doesn't seem real. The clinic has been through so many changes and advances over the years. (and so many hurdles, that at times it was a struggle to keep going). It's been one heck of a ride but I am SO PROUD to have made this milestone. I have had to reinvent, change tact and pivot to stay abreast of the times, and worked hard to offer only the very best treatments and services to my clients. It has taken grit, determination, lots of tears and a ton of LOVE and it is all of you, my amazing client's and friends that continue to support me. that made it all possible. You have remained solid and loyal and I am utterly grateful.

I have reinvested every penny I could back into The LAB to ensure that I have only the very best in British tech and lasers for the very best results, and the highest standard of qualifications and CPD for continued client safety. I have continually trained throughout the years to become and advanced laser and aesthetics practitioner and menopause coach. I have also mentored many girls (for free) on their journeys, providing them with a springboard to set up on their own, and to go on to create their own wonderfully amazing business. I am so proud of them all.

My celebrity client base, blog and podcast, (which is self recorded) continues to expand. There have been many wonderful guests, particularly my menopause ride or die Emma Q, and currently the woman who has inspired a whole new journey with my work and offerings, Andrea Jackson. Thank you both so much.

I (we) continue to support so many women on their menopause and self care journeys, helping to improve their quality of life and mental health. This is super important to me. Finally getting my ADHD & PMDD diagnosis not only improved my life but helped me and Emma improve the quality of other women's lives too. To date we have helped around 400 women stay well, alive and sane. Suicide prevention in menopause is our greatest passion. Self love and self care is at the core of everything we do.

The LAB has always been focussed on a holistic approach to the ageing process and the treatments are centred around regenerative medicine and cutting edge tech for the best and most natural results. We are not here to reinvent the wheel we are here to love and embrace who we are. (we do love a touch of tox too)

So what next??? You know me, it just keeps evolving!
