Thank You...and Happy New Year!
2018 has been a fantastic year for Black Stone Laser Clinic* which saw the opening of our second laser clinic in Hebden Bridge. This has been a huge success and is set to continue as we widen the range of treatments to include photo rejuvenation for the face and a special skin resurface treatment to compliment the new carbon facial clinic which begins mid-January.
What has been incredibly fulfilling at the Hebden Bridge Clinic is being able to share with my clients my own journey with IPL treatments to treat hormonal changes and the effects that these changes create on our bodies as time passes by and we get older. My own experiences of excessive hair growth due to peri-menopausal body changes has comforted clients with similar issues and has been key to their journey in dealing with problems we are often too embarrassed to talk about. I am delighted with the results I have achieved, the growing confidence of my clients and just as satisfying is the endless five-star reviews BSLC receives week in week out.
The other major highlight is the friendship between Cathy Shaw (owner of The Banyan Tree where BSLC operates from) and me. So much love and laughter in such a short space of time. I am truly blessed to have her in my life and can't wait to see what the new year brings for us both in business and friendship.
There was also the adventure to Pout Patrol in Prestwich, where we did a pop-up laser carbon facial clinic which was trialled by the owners, Rosie and Patrick. It was a huge success and we were inundated with clients wishing to book in as we went live on Instagram. The dates of the Carbon Facial Clinic for January are in the process of being confirmed and I will release them on Facebook in the next couple of days. These guys are at the top of their game when it comes to glam teams, beauty and makeup. They even have their own academy...check them out @poutpatrol.
Our plans for expansion continue and we are currently in talks with a prestigious cosmetics clinic in Alderly Edge Cheshire, for a pop-up IPL hair removal clinic. Watch this space!
Of course, none of this would have been possible without the support from friends, family, and clients. Now is definitely time to thank my gorgeous husband, Simon, for putting up with me for the last two years as I am developing and expanding my business. There has been a lot of laughter and an equal amount of tears at times. His advice, love, and support have been invaluable. I am very lucky and very grateful. Thank you, Simon. xxx
